Jennifer Garner is not to be messed with when it comes to her children.

Although the 41-year-old actress looked very momish in casual jeans, a black sweater and loose ponytail, she meant business when she approached the shutterbug who was bugging her kids with husband Ben Affleck - - Violet, 7, Seraphina , 4, and Samuel, 17 months.
Coming face-to-face with the photog, Garner gave him a taste of his own medicine by pointing her camera directly in front of him.

She, along with other celebrities like Halle Berry, has taken a stand for the privacy of her and her family by supporting an antipaparazzi bill making it a crime for photographers to take unauthorized pics of children.
The “Alias” actress recently testified in front of the California State Assembly Committee on Public Safety to push the bill.
“I chose a public life,” she stated. “My three children are private citizens. I love my kids. They’re beautiful and sweet and innocent, and I don’t want a gang of shouting, arguing, lawbreaking photographers who camp out everywhere we are all day, every day, to continue traumatizing my kids.”
If the Senate Bill 606 is passed it would alter the legal definition of harassment to add photographing or recording a child without the permission of a legal guardian.
