Danielle Brooks is heading to "Girls." The "Orange Is The New Black" star -- Taystee to viewers of the Netflix series -- will appear in an episode of the HBO series' third season.

"I just shot an episode of 'Girls' for HBO," Brooks told Ebony when asked about what's next for her. "I will be the first black woman to be on 'Girls,' so that’s exciting for me."

"Girls" Season 3 guest stars include Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon, Felicity Jones and Melonie Diaz. Other new additions include Jennifer Westfeldt and Sarah Steele. "Boardwalk Empire" star Michael Zegen will also appear in the new season of "Girls."

Brooks will also appear in "Orange Is The New Black" Season 2. She was made a series regular for the new season of the hit Netflix dramedy.
