Olivia Wilde, 29, penned an awesome essay about the dos and don'ts of turning 30 in the September issue of Glamour.


And now the actress -- who is engaged to former "SNL" funnyman Jason Sudeikis -- is doling out some of her signature advice for engaged women.


"Maybe don't put so much pressure on yourself," Wilde said in an interview with HipHollywood on Tuesday. "It's a really romantic thing to do -- an optimistic, romantic thing to do to get married. And I guess just to try to have fun."


She and Sudeikis are reportedly planning an upstate New York wedding in spring 2014. The bride is set to wear Monique Lhuillier on her Big Day.
