Elisabeth Harnois of 'CSI' faces an uncertain fate

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation’s Elisabeth Harnois is always on the go, whether in her thriving TV career or moves on the dance floor.

Elisabeth Harnois shows her glamorous side while 'CSI' fans wait to see if her character, Morgan Brody, survives captivity by a maniacal killer.

Next Wednesday marks the 14th season premiere of “CSI” — the most watched television show in the world — and smack in the middle of everything is Elisabeth Harnois.

Harnois, 34, plays Morgan Brody, a spunky young investigator who joined the team last season.

Brody is “a bold, brave, rebellious, shoot-from-the-hip type of girl,” Harnois tells the latest edition of CBS’ Watch! magazine, which features her in a lavish fashion spread shot at London’s Goring Hotel — the same luxe property where royal bride Kate Middleton spent her last night as a single woman.

It’s worlds away from the horrific hole in which viewers last saw CSI Brody.

In the cliff-hanger season finale, she and Detective Jim Brass’ daughter were kidnapped by a serial killer who draws inspiration from Dante’s “Inferno.”

The only hint producers have given about how the two-parter will end next week is an ominous one: a member of the CSI team will die.
