With the repeat success of Jimmy Kimmel's annual "I Told my Kids I Ate all their Halloween Candy" YouTube challenge, it only makes sense for Jimmy to raise more Halloween traditions from the dead (well, from last year).

Cousin Sal is back to remind trick-or-treaters that a good Halloween trick is just as important as a treat.
