As if being one of the most stunning supermodels in the world wasn't enough of an accomplishment, Cindy Crawford has to go and build an incredible villa in Mexico. Oh, she also has to go and make George Clooney her neighbor. In the latest issue of Architectural Digest, we get a peek inside both celebrities' side-by-side homes, which they call "Casamigos."
Before the houses were built, the trio (including Crawford's husband Rande Gerber) thought of creating just one big house. But instead, they opted for two completely airy and gorgeous abodes designed by architecture firm Legorreta + Legorreta.
Each has a sophisticated and clean look that's fresh and relaxing. (Although, Clooney's is a bit more masculine.) And while the structures may stand alone, it's clear this is one big happy compound. "Our lives go back and forth,” Crawford said. “We’ll have cocktails at our place and dinner at George’s, and vice versa.”
Oh, just a day in the life...
Scroll down to see photos of the homes, and be sure to head over to Architectural Digest for more information.
