If you're married to "Tan Mom" there's a chance you're going to get burned.
Patricia "Tan Mom" Krentcil has filed for divorce in her home state of New Jersey to her husband of eight years Richard Krentcil, TMZ reports.

Krentcil - who gained infamy last year when she was accused of bringing her then 5-year-old daughter to a tanning bed - told the entertainment news outlet she decided to file for divorce because Richard Krentcil recently failed a lie detector test about infidelity on a TV show called "The Test."
She seeks full custody of the couple's two children and $1,000 a week in spousal and child support, TMZ reports citing the divorce documents.

Richard Krentcil told TMZ he wants to work things out with his wife and stay married.
The controversial celebrity has had other issues to deal with this year.

This summer she checked into a Florida rehab facility after several reported incidents of public drunkenness. Patricia Krentcil had to be hospitalized after suffering a seizure inside the facility
