Oh, hello Zac Efron.

That awkward moment when the 25-year-old former Disney star pops a Viagra pill, strips down completely naked and horizontally uses the bathroom is exactly what viewers get in the red band trailer for Efron's latest flick.

In the "for mature audiences only" clip for "That Awkward Moment,” also starring Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan, Efron can be seen in the R-rated bromance about three friends that vow to stay single after Jordan's character goes through a breakup.

In a typical romantic comedy fashion, Efron falls for a girl played by Imogen Poots, 24, immediately after he agreed to follow the "no girlfriend" rule.

The racy trailer shows the two in bed together rather quickly after meeting.

"I was so not going to do that. I was going to make you wait like 40 days," Poots character says.

"I was going to make you wait, too. Then I realized … I'm a dude," Efron replies.

In an another awkward, yet hilarious scene, Efron mistakenly shows up to a cocktail party that he thought was a costume party (Elle Woods style), where his love interest and her parents happen to be, donning a "rock out with your c--k" out get-up.

Recently reports surfaced that young actor spent time in rehab twice this past spring for an alleged cocaine addiction.

Efron, who received help for his reported substance abuse problems in March and then again in April, thanked his fans for their support last month on his Instagram.

"Hey guys! Just returned from an incredible trip to Peru with my dad and wanted to thank you all for your support these past few weeks," he wrote.

"Means the world to me. Love you guys!"

Efron's salacious film, which was originally titled "Are We Officially Dating?," hits theaters Jan. 31.
