DONE-DEE! ‘Crocodile Dundee’ Paul Hogan and wife to divorce after 23 years

Twenty three years after a lavish wedding down under, the marriage of Crocodile Dundee and his co-star wife is down for the count.

Julliard-trained actress Linda Kozlowski Hogan, 55, filed for divorce from Australian actor Paul Hogan, 74, in Los Angeles on Thursday, court records show.

The couple starred together in the wildly successful "Crocodile Dundee" movies of the ‘80s.

Their romance caused a media sensation when Hogan left his first wife Noelene - the mother of five of his children - to be with the blond bombshell who was 19 years his junior.

His rep said Thursday that the couple separated "months ago" and has no plans to fight over money or custody of their teen son Chance.

"It's a very, very amicable split. I've never seen anything so friendly," manager Douglas Urbanski told the Daily News.

Asked if infidelity was a factor, a source who asked to remain anonymous said it wasn't.

"I think it's just mathematical, related to the age difference," the source said.

The Hollywood couple married in Sydney in 1990 and sold their Malibu mansion to actor Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky for a reported $4.8 million in September.
