Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough have reportedly ended their brief relationship after only six weeks together.
Over already?
After merely six weeks of a rumored romance, Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough have reportedly called it quits, according to Us Weekly.
The "Dancing with the Stars" stud, 28, and the 24-year-old brunette beauty only went on their first public date at Universal Studios' Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles just under two weeks ago, but allegedly the two have decided their brief union had "played itself out," an insider told the mag.

Also, distance was an apparent problem as Hough is based in Los Angeles for the popular dancing show, and Dobrev is based in Atlanta, Ga., for her role in the CW series "The Vampire Diaries."
"The distance was too much to handle," a pal told Us.
The news first broke about the pair becoming more than friends in late September.

"(Nina) was hanging a lot with Derek's sister Julianne," a source told Us Weekly.
"Then she fell for him."
Another insider at the time told E! News that the duo had been seeing each other since August, while another source added their relationship was "already somewhat serious."

Although Dobrev and Hough have ended things, Us reported that it will not affect the actress's close friendship with the dancing pro's younger sister.
"Julianne understands -- there are no hard feelings."
Dobrev split from her boyfriend and co-star, Ian Somerhalder, after three years of dating in May.
