Did Lady Gaga take a cue from Kim Kardashian?
The singer, who is no stranger to stripping down, posted a photo in a thong accentuating her behind to her over 40 million Twitter followers Friday.

Aside from showing off her assets, she appears to be promoting one of her new tracks, in which she has collaborated with R. Kelly.
"Official Do What U Want Feat @RKelly Cover Art. Song Available this Monday 12:01am!" she wrote along side the pic.

Kardashian's racy photo, in which the new mother posted on Thursday showing off her backside and post-baby bod, created several reactions among the social media world.
"This photo is desperate. This photo is sad. This photo is inappropriate," one user wrote about the 32-year-old mom.

"Kim Kardashian should stop taking inappropriate pictures & start taking care of her baby," wrote another.
Gaga, who made her new bottom baring photo her new default Twitter pic, is curerntly heavily promoting her third studio album, "Artpop,"dropping this November.
